These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the h59zk platform and all services offered at h59zk.net. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing h59zk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Access to h59zk is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are legal residents of Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on the h59zk platform under any circumstances.
Each player may hold only one active h59zk account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
All transactions on h59zk are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are paid to the bank account or e-wallet registered to the player's verified identity only. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by h59zk are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
h59zk enforces a strict responsible gaming framework. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion options are available for players who need a break from gambling. h59zk may independently impose restrictions where problem gambling indicators are detected.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their h59zk login credentials. h59zk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any account activity that constitutes fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, or manipulation of the platform will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on h59zk, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with h59zk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and h59zk in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 If you are accessing h59zk on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on h59zk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the life of your Account:
4.1 To access the full range of h59zk services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform and providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.
4.2 One Account per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on h59zk. If h59zk discovers that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — h59zk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts immediately, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from duplicate Account activity.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. h59zk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify h59zk immediately via the live chat support function or by email to [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 h59zk reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application without providing a reason.
5.1 h59zk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, h59zk will require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Acceptable documents include:
5.2 h59zk may request additional verification documents at any time if required for ongoing compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.
5.3 All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with h59zk's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes.
6.1 h59zk accepts deposits from the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected; these limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
6.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the name on your h59zk Account — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and your Account reviewed.
6.4 h59zk does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which h59zk accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Funds deposited to h59zk are available for wagering purposes only. h59zk does not pay interest on Account balances.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your verified h59zk Account only.
7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed after your KYC verification is complete. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play, but cannot withdraw until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
7.3 h59zk processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing times are within 30 minutes for verified Accounts using bank transfer or e-wallet, subject to the operational hours and processing times of the receiving financial institution.
7.4 h59zk reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with prior Account activity, or flagged by h59zk's fraud detection systems. Such reviews may extend the withdrawal processing time by up to 72 hours.
7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.
8.1 h59zk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all h59zk promotions:
8.3 Players who create multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming promotions more than once will have all associated Accounts suspended and all winnings forfeited.
9.1 h59zk's sportsbook offers betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports (including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile), and other sports as published on the Platform. Market availability, bet types, and odds are subject to change without notice.
9.2 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single bet slip. All selections in a mix parlay must be settled as winners for the bet to return a winning payout. If any single selection loses, the entire mix parlay bet is lost.
9.3 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. h59zk reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds has occurred, including where market odds have been significantly mispriced relative to the true market.
9.4 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at h59zk's discretion. Any bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
9.5 All settled results are final once h59zk's trading team has confirmed the official result from the relevant sporting body. Disputes regarding result settlement must be submitted to h59zk support within 48 hours of the result being posted.
10.1 h59zk Casino offers live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo, as well as electronic slot games and crash games. All games are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
10.2 All slot games offered on the h59zk Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. 10.4 In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure during a live casino session, h59zk will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed in the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h59zk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

12.2 Players may set the following limits from within their Account settings at any time: daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; session loss limits; maximum single-bet limits; and session duration reminders.
12.3 Players may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will not be able to deposit, bet, or access the Platform.
12.4 Players may request permanent self-exclusion from h59zk by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During the self-exclusion period, h59zk will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Player does not receive marketing communications.
13.1 All content on the h59zk Platform — including but not limited to the h59zk name, logo, branding, game content, software, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of h59zk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from h59zk.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h59zk and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds or results.
14.2 h59zk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
14.3 h59zk does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. h59zk will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to restore service as quickly as practicable following any interruption.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes h59zk's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by h59zk's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
15.1 h59zk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 h59zk will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
16.1 h59zk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h59zk will provide notice to Players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the h59zk Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Account balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
16.3 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at h59zk.net/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to h59zk's international licensing jurisdiction. They do not purport to create rights under Indonesian domestic law, which does not currently provide a regulatory framework for licensed online gambling operators.
17.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the h59zk Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players should contact h59zk support at [email protected] in the first instance, clearly describing the nature of the dispute.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the Player's initial written complaint, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
17.4 Nothing in this clause prevents h59zk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
